Finding new ways to understand each other
Relationships can be our greatest source of support, and also our greatest source of stress. Couples and family therapy offers a space to slow down, really hear each other and work through what's been getting in the way.
Couples therapy
Whether you're facing frequent arguments, feeling disconnected, rebuilding trust or navigating a big decision together, couples therapy can help you communicate more openly and respond to each other with more understanding. I draw on attachment-based and emotion-focused approaches to help you understand the patterns between you.
Family therapy
Families go through seasons of conflict and change: a child struggling at school, tension between parents and teens, blended families, loss, or differences across generations. Family therapy brings everyone into the conversation so you can work through challenges together.
Culture, identity and family
As a Russian-speaking Jewish therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations and identity shape relationships. Sessions are available in English or Russian, and I strive to provide culturally responsive care that meets each family where they are.
