About me

Therapy built on trust, authenticity and collaboration

I'm dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves.

"I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration."

As a Russian-speaking Jewish therapist, I understand the importance of culture, family dynamics, and identity in the healing process. I strive to provide culturally responsive care while meeting each client where they are.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you better understand your emotions, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I get started?

Fill out the appointment request form with the times that generally work for you. I'll reach out to set up a free 15-minute consultation call, and if we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. You'll then receive an email to set up your account and insurance.

Are sessions in person or online?

Both. I see clients in person at my office in Brooklyn, NY, and online by secure video for anyone located in New York State at the time of the session.

Do you see children? How does therapy work for kids?

Yes. With younger clients I use play-based and sand tray techniques that help children express what they're feeling in ways that come naturally to them. Parents are involved in the process, and we'll talk about how best to support your child at home.

Can we have sessions in Russian?

Yes. I offer therapy in both English and Russian.

What happens in the first session?

We'll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and some background. It's also a chance for you to see whether I'm the right fit.

Ready to take the first step?

Tell me when you're generally available and I'll be in touch to set up a free 15-minute consultation.
